FREE 24 hour delivery for all UK orders over £25

Orders under £25, shipping costs £3.30

Orders must be placed before 12pm for same day dispatch. Orders placed after 12pm may be dispatched the next working day.

 

Orders are NOT dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.

All items are sent Royal Mail Tracked. Orders over £70 are sent tracked and signed for. See your shipping email for tracking number - please check your junk mail before contacting us for tracking info.

These shipping times are approximate only. Next day delivery is not guaranteed. Shipping times may be higher during periods of high demand or due to issues with stock etc. If you need guaranteed next day, please select Special Delivery at checkout.

Returns

Returns are not accepted due to hygiene reasons.

DISCLAIMER: Although extra care is taken when packaging and sealing orders in bubble wrapped envelopes we do not accept liability for any orders lost or damaged by Royal Mail. Replacements or refunds will not be issued until a claim for lost or damaged items is settled by Royal Mail which can take up to 30 days.

Proof of delivery by Royal Mail is final. We will not refund or replace any orders which are claimed as lost where proof of delivery is provided by Royal Mail.
